  • Our refund policy states that in the event of a return, the customer may be responsible for covering the cost of shipping. However, if the reason for the return is due to a defect in the product, we will cover the cost of shipping.

Please note that submitting pictures and ensuring the item is in its untouched condition will greatly increase your chances of being approved for a refund.
